About Shipping Charges

We use Japan Post Package to deliver packages up to 120 sizes for 1,000 yen for standard domestic shipping.

Hokkaido and Okinawa will be delivered for a shipping fee of 1,400 yen.

Domestic standard shipping is free for purchases over 33,000 yen including tax.

About Returns

We do not support returns, exchanges, or cancel after the product has been shipped.

If the product is defective, the return shipping fee will be paid by our shop.
