About shipping

We ship packages up to 120cm in circumference on three sides using the Japan Post Office for standard domestic shipping of 1,000 yen.

Standard domestic shipping in Japan is free for amounts over 33,000 JPY including tax.

About returns

Basically, we do not support returns, exchanges, or order cancellations after the product has shipped.

If the product is defective, return shipping will be paid by the store.
